Located on the outskirts of the Yankee Springs Recreation area of Southwest Michigan with many lakes and springs abound making the perfect trail (North Country National Trail or NCT) - a perfect setting for that great cup of coffee. In the many traditions of the area, my coffee reflects the heritage and local legends from Chief NoonDay (Noahquageshik) of the Ottawa Nation to the crisp clear refreshing Bubbling Springs on which I live . The NCT is the longest thru trail in the country that goes past my front door. The forestry professionals of my area or the lake affect snow that turn local ski areas into paradise.
